The Philadelphia Inquirer Features My Campaign!

This article features the historical aspect of my campaign; If I were to win in November, I would be the first Woman AND the first Person of Color to become Mayor of Media Borough. It's quite exciting to discover!

I also want to make it clear that my identities are not the only reasons that I am running for office. I, too, support small businesses and have worked to make streets safer for visitors and residents. Street safety and small business go very well together! Take the current Borough Council's achievement in creating a new traffic circle in town to curb speeding, our investments to keep our parks clean and our sidewalks walkable. We continue to approve mass gathering permits that close down our Main street for art festivals, outdoor dining (AKA Dining Under the Stars), Pride Celebrations, Fall Festivals and more.

On parking: Media Borough Council collaborated with the County to have their newest surface lot on Orange and front St to be open to the public on evenings and weekends. 77 additional parking spots. We have been working with our business community and residents to keep Media thriving for all.

If there is anything I can promise as Mayor, it's that I will continue listening to residents, business owners and visitors about how we can keep Media successful for everyone.
